  • Keep everyone in the game and hold them accountable to their commitments every time it gets dark, painful, and confusing, and they want to quit.
  • Celebrate wins when things go well, and face fears when the old theatrics show up to play.
  • To work with you as a team and individually as needed to transform you into a team with a clear purpose, moving toward the same target.
