 Coaching Q’s

+ What’s coaching? Is it the same as therapy, counseling, training or mentoring?

The short and simple answer is no. Coaching is deeply rooted in the firm belief that there’s nothing wrong or broken with you and it doesn’t exist to “fix” or teach anything. Coaching looks forward, not backward (meaning we’re not gonna talk for hours about your past), with a focus on your dreams, vision, objectives and the life you want to create. Coaching is a partnership, where you and I stand side-by-side, and my role is to ask you direct questions to make you think, dig deep, and look where you normally don’t.

+ What’s the point of coaching?

Coaching is life changing. Period. Take your pick:

  • Reach goals
  • Bring dreams to life
  • Manage change
  • Overcome challenges
  • Become self-aware
  • Get unstuck
  • Unlock new sources of imagination, leadership, and productivity
  • Feel fulfilled
  • Raise the bar
  • Transform
  • Spark your inner fire
  • Improve relationships
  • Communicate better

I mean… need I say more?

+ How do I know if I need coaching? How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Easy — ask yourself:

  • Do I have goals to reach?
  • Do I have dreams to turn into reality?
  • Do I have challenges to overcome?
  • Do I have habits to change?
  • Do I have relationships to nurture?
  • Do I have skills to develop?
  • Do I want to change for the better?
  • Do I want to raise the bar, achieve more?
  • Do I want to get out of my comfort zone and shake things up?
  • Do I want to communicate better?
  • Do I want to get unstuck and unfucked?
  • Do I desire to feel alive, real, and free?
  • Am I allergic to being told what to do and how?
  • Am I committed to put in the hard work it takes to spark my inner fire?

If you answered YES to one, some, or all of them, then, my friend, get coaching!

+ Where do we meet?

Coaching, both 1:1 and Team, can happen online and in-person.

When online, my preferred platform is Google Meet.

When in person, the world is my oyster and we will discuss how, when, where to meet and iron out the details well ahead of time.

+ What if I’m in a different country??

That’s my jam.

At the moment, I’m in Italy, in the Dolomites. The time zone here is Central European Time (CET). I have friends, colleagues, and clients all over the world, so I'm used to a worldwide clock and a fluid schedule to connect with everyone, wherever they are. This means wherever you live, we can coach together.

If we’re coaching in-person, we will discuss how, when, where to meet and iron out the details well ahead of time and I’ll just hop over.

If we’re coaching online, we will schedule something that works for both our time zones.

+ How long is a session?

It depends. We might be done in 10 minutes or go up to 60 minutes.

I always suggest clearing 15 minutes both before and after our session. The first to get ready so you can be fully present, and after to capture your learnings or make notes.

There will be times when we’ll decide to meet for longer durations for special sessions.

+ How often will we meet?

When you’re a first-time client, we’ll coach once a week in our first of three consecutive months together, to establish a rhythm, and build your momentum.

After our first month, we’ll continue at a pace that works for you — you choose the session frequency.

+ How long do we coach for?

I ask that you invest in your life and commit to a minimum of a full season (3 consecutive months).

We’ll agree on how many seasons to coach for and, in the first month, we’ll coach once a week to establish a rhythm, and build your momentum.

We’ll then continue our journey at a pace that works for you — you choose the session frequency. After all, you like your bike customized and your beer crafted — that's exactly how I do things around here. Made for YOU.

+ Do you coach only men?

Yes. And no.

Men (and, if you paid attention, a specific kind of man) are my ideal 1:1 clients and the ones I feel most drawn to and best equipped to coach. You can read more about that here and here.

AND I also work with diverse groups, teams, couples, businesses, and some very special women who vibe with my style and identify with the traits and challenges I speak of here.

+ How much is my investment?

Your investment in your life starts at 3 months and EUR 3000.

Stop right there and tell me, how much do you spend on your bike or good whiskey in any given month? Yeah, I thought so, probably more than that.

+ What are my payment options?

You can pay by credit card and also via bank transfer.

 Team Coaching Q’s

+ What size teams do you coach?

Any.

This kind of work is valuable for all types and sizes of teams and industries.

Whether you’re in the travel & tourism, arts & entertainment, sports, financial, tech or some other industry — this is for you. And if you’re a motorcycle club, non-profit, a couple or family — this is also for you.

Whether you’re 2 or 2,000, local or multinational, private or public — this is for you.

+ How does coaching my team work?

All Team Coaching is entirely custom made to fit the specific needs and profile of your team.

We will first meet, I’ll ask plenty of questions to get clarity so that I can design a coaching program based on your team’s size and mix, your budget, timeline, desired outcome, and unique opportunities.

My proposal might look like a straightforward single intervention or a mix of solutions — 1:1 executive coaching, team coaching, assessments, workshops, etc.

We’ll agree on the number, duration and frequency of sessions, total investment, payment options, and everything else that we need to square out before putting ink to paper.

 Q’s About Me

unsplash-image-uhjiu8FjnsQ.jpg

+ What’s your professional background?

In my corporate career, I gained two decades of international experience in luxury hospitality (and a short stint in financial services), coming through the ranks in operations at first and later specialising in culture, transformation, business excellence, customer experience, brand standards, and lots of facilitation.

I loved it, all of it, and I wanted more. I craved freedom and desired to follow my purpose, feel alive, and create something real and meaningful, uniquely and authentically mine.

So off I went to gain a few professional certifications (see the next question), created a brand I proudly launched on Jan. 16th, 2021, and, finally, stopped being a well-kept secret.

+ Are you a certified coach?

Yup!

If you’re a fan of adding weird acronyms after one’s name, here’s what you could have fun with after mine.

+ Where are you based?

I’m a bit of a nomad and tend to jump on planes very last minute and go.

+ Do you really ride a Harley?

Yup! Artax, my chrome horse, is a yellow Fat Boy 2012. We first met in Dubai, rode all over the UAE and a bit in Oman too. Then we (Artax and me) moved to Italy in early 2020 for some European adventures.

+ How many languages do you speak?

My mother tongue is Italian, and I speak fluent English, French, and Spanish. I know some German, can say a few things in Arabic and I’m currently learning Ladin (yes, with a “d”) - the dialect of the valley I live in. I think, write and coach in English most of the time and, when it’s time to switch, it just happens. At the end of a long day, you’ll know I’m tired if I start mixing them up.
